Warning: this is an initial version, developed with only searches for files
sent by colleagues (I never used the Eagle).

This tool is being developed to assist users of Eagle
to convert their boads to Kicad.

The RSMegl2kicad got its start based on the converter libraries for Eagle Kicad
performed by Dmitri N. Sytov sdn (at) openhardware.ru and Juergen.messerer (at) freesurf.ch.

This tool was developed in ULP (User Language Program), a internal programming
Eagle's language, similar to C language.

The conversions are not perfect, after the conversion is advisable to do a test with DRC
into Pcbnew, and make adjustments if necessary.

And like all free software, the author is not liable for the use of it, is
directly or indirectly, is offered "as is", the risks and responsibilities are delegated
to users.

All comments, suggestions, and bug information to a simple "hello" will be well
received and answered by the author (if your mail is not answered, or not reached
the author or the author's response did not reach you).

How to use:

- Inside the Eagle, open the file of board you want to convert.

- Click on the icon ULP in the toolbar above the workspace of the Eagle.

- Inform the tool in the window that opens.

- Inform the name for the new plate conveter.
CAUTION: Both the Eagle as Kicad use the. Brd for board files
, careful not to overwrite the original file.

- Open the board file in Pcbnew and check the result, if necessary, make corrections.
